Nous sommes une SOCIÉTÉ INDÉPENDANTE DE LA CHAÎNE DAPPROVISIONNEMENT EN CAFÉ VERT offrant un service complet de logistique, de mélange et dentreposage pour lAmérique du Nord-Est.Notre installation de 150 000 PC est un site réservé au café vert. Notre vision: éliminez le gaspillage, raccourcissez les délais dinventaire et améliorez la qualité globale et lexécution grâce à notre approche LEAN de lentreposage et à notre technologie exclusive associée à des services à valeur ajoutée axés sur le client.Nous recherchons une personne bilingue dynamique pour se joindre à notre équipe en pleine croissance.Responsabilités :

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par e-mail et par téléphone
  • Échantillonner chaque nouvelle commande entrante, classer lchantillon.
  • Coordonner avec le département inbound lemplacement du café qui rentre dans lentrepôt.
  • Tenir à jour lemplacement du café du client dans lentrepôt.
  • Corrdonner léquipe outbound sur lemplacement de leur commande sortante.
  • Envoyer par courier express des échantillons à la demande du client.
  • Fournir de la documentation au coordinateur détage
  • Saisir les données pertinentes dans le système
  • Travail de Valleyfield et de temps en temps à Vaudreuil-Dorion

  • Complété Sec 5
  • Être organisé(e)
  • Gère bien le stress
  • Souci du détail
  • Expérience en logistique sera un atout important que nous considérerons.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Sample each new incoming order, classify the samples.
  • Coordinate with the inbound department the location of the incoming coffee.
  • Register customer coffee location in warehouse.
  • Advise the outbound team on the location of the outbound orders for the day.
  • Send samples by courier at the request of the client.
  • Provide documentation to floor coordinator.
  • Enter relevant data into the system
  • Work is in Valleyfield and occasionally at temporary site in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
The candidate must:
  • Have completed high school
  • Be extremely well organized
  • Handles stress well
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in logistics is an asset
  • Speak French
