Job Description

We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join our successful and growing team. You will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will oversee and support a team to increase sales and profitability for corporate clients.As a National Account Manager, must be organized and able to analyze performance measures. We also expect you to have good negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with clients.In addition, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.Job Description

  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with client
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Act as the primary contact for customer management
  • Build, maintain and improve customer relationships
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams ensuring customer requirements are met
  • Explore opportunities to develop a new product with current customers
  • Forecast sales and work with the team to improve results
  • Assist your colleagues with any other client-facing projects
  • Represent EBSUs values
  • Participate in corporate events such as shopping fairs and others
Qualifications
  • Have 10 years of sales experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, renovations, big box office
  • Bilingual (English and French
  • Organized, autonomous, resourceful
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
