Permanent Positionposition to fill 1Code MM21-27Work location is in Nunavikdeadline to apply October 8th, 2021The normal work schedule is on a rotation of 4 weeks paid i.e., 2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks for rest.Privileges & benefitsA competitive salary including Bonuses and a full range of social benefits such as (insurance, generous pension plan, telemedicine, EAP etc.)Opportunities for learning, career advancement and the possibility of coachingEstablishments and modern state-of-the-art equipment.A corporate culture focused on diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging.Parking provided.Future challengesReporting to the Senior Mobile Maintenance Planner, the Plant mobile maintenance planner responsibilities will include:Plan the scheduling of mobile equipment.Participate in the development and implementation of the maintenance management system.Contribute to the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, scripting work procedures as well as planning activities related to mobile equipment.Meet the needs of the department in terms of planning and scheduling while respecting the rules and related processes and working as a team with the various stakeholders (general mobile maintenance foreman, planners, supervisors, mechanics, operations department, etc.)Receive, evaluate, and plan requests and work orders and develop work plans for their realization.Plan the work: identify and ensure the availability of human resources, equipment, materials, procedures, and instructions required to perform the work according to standards and schedule it effectively.Create and maintain equipment files.Maintain soft and hard copy documentation of equipment, manuals, specifications, drawings, and other files.Monitor equipment on different sites.Meet the companys health and safety requirements and recommendations.Perform other related tasks associated with this position.what we are looking forCollege diploma (DEC) in mechanics, maintenance, or administration or in an appropriate discipline.Have a minimum of 8 years in mechanical maintenance.Knowledge of underground mining machine mechanics.Possess advanced analytical skills to solve problems and make informed decisions based on experience and quickly provide practical solutionsHold a valid class 5 driving license.Nice to haveKnowledge of IT guide software and Caterpillar SIS.Good knowledge of MS Office suite software.Bilingualism (French and functional English).aptitudesWork with a diverse and multicultural team.Autonomy, dynamism, positivity, respect, team spirit and adaptability.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining relationships with others.The masculine is used for the sole purpose of lightening the text and designates both the feminine and the masculine.Only the selected candidates for an interview will be called.Quick Apply
