Job SummaryThe job holder supports all tasks and operations related to reception. They must also ensure compliance with standards and procedures related to occupational health and safety.Main ResponsibilitiesVerify The Material Received.Validate quantities before entering stock;Check the delivery documents to ensure that what is entered corresponds to the goods received, note the missing quantities, check the condition of the goods and refuse those that are damaged;Communicate with suppliers if there is a discrepancy in the goods;Sort the products for each of the departments;Effectively follow up on correction requests sent by the payables department;Check for missing labels;Place the merchandise on shelves;Begin a complaint process in the event of missing or broken goods;Work in collaboration with various departments of the administrative centre.Manage Defective Products.Understand the different defective management methods and assess the relevance of returns;Manage and monitor RMAs in accordance with procedures;Classify returns by supplier in the area provided for this purpose;Order missing parts from suppliers.Send The Material to Other Branches.Prepare merchandise for inter-warehouse transfers, while respecting deadlines;Pack and identify the material to be sent and ship the material respecting the delivery route.Know The Products.Have knowledge of the products offered;Know the methods and processes to be followed within their department well as those of adjacent departments.Required Skills and Qualifications ProfileTraining/Experience/CertificationHave a high school diploma;Have a minimum of 3 months of retail experience.KnowledgeHave a good command of the French language, both orally and in writing;Have ease in using a computer system.Skills and Aptitudes RequiredHave dexterity for handling products;Be a good communicator and be professional;Able to understand and speak French;Have good listening skills, good team spirit and good interpersonal skills;Be resourceful, honest, and autonomous.Working ConditionsVariable work schedule;Standing work with frequent movements;Loads up to 40 kilos to be lifted.*** For any additional questions, please contact us:dotation@patrickmorin.com
