Job Description

ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg remediates properties damaged by water, fire, mould, etc.We offer a competitive salary and a generous benefits package to qualifying employees.This position offers an opportunity for growth in the accounting department for the right individual.We are looking to fill this position immediately. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Forward telephone and electronic inquiries to appropriate parties.
  • Print, code and distribute accounts payable invoices.
  • Gather and organize receipts for expense reports.
  • Maintain manual and electronic filing systems.
  • Manually create and label job files, and update electronically.
  • Process and distribute mail.
  • Maintain Subcontractor WCB Clearance list.
  • Support Project Management team.
  • Other general office duties as they arise.
SKILLS
  • 1 year office experience or related education.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of various office equipment.
ASSETS
  • Familiarity with the construction or insurance industries.
  • Understanding of accounts payable processes.
  • Knowledge of Xactimate, Xactanalysis and Symbility software systems.
