Here at Modern PURAIR® Sarnia / Chatham we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, customer focused individuals to join our Technician Team as a Junior Indoor Air Quality Technician . Experience in Sales, Skilled Labor or HVAC is not required to apply for this job position, but is a great bonus.In this role, you will be responsible for helping an established “Indoor Air Quality Technician” complete Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Cleaning for our Residential and Commercial Client base. You will be assisting this established Team Member and learning the ropes of operating your own truck route. This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Following the PURAIR Way (our proven systems/procedures for being successful)
• Showing up to work on-time in your clean, company provided uniform
• Performing walkthroughs with our clients to confirm our rates prior to starting the job
• Educating our clients on our services so they can properly make decisions
• Using our software to invoice clients off of a company provided iPhone/iPad
• Driving one of our Mercedes Sprinter Vans to and from job sites
• Keeping track of your truck inventory on a daily/weekly basis
• Being able to take instructions from an established Team Member that knows the ropes

Experience with the following is preferred, but not required:

• Basic Tools (Drill, Tin Snips, pliers)
• Ariel Work Platforms (Articulating Boomlifts, Scissor Lifts)
• Ladders
• HVAC systems

A “Junior Indoor Air Quality Technician” can expect:

• To start at a wage of eighteen dollars per hour, riding along with an IAQ Technician to learn the job as a Jr. IAQ Technician
• Once graduated from training and operating your own truck route, you will become part of our Profit Sharing payout structure that has no limit on the amount of income you can earn. You will be graduated from training operating your own truck as an Indoor Air Quality Technician within 1 month of being hired.
• Full benefits after 90 days.
• Company provided iPhone/iPad once in Residential Training.
