Our training programs are also a leader in the security industry, and they will help prepare you for advancements, as well as build your resume for a potential career in law enforcement.Position Overview:The job of a Paladin Security Guard serving NOVA is to provide such services that are required within established post orders or given by direct communication by their manager. These include the keeping of logs, the supervision of safety orientations, response to alarms and site emergencies and any other duties NOVA may require. The Security Guard is to maintain a secure post and through due diligence offer protection to those on site and for the assets of NOVA.Essential Job Functions:Enforce compliance to company policies and procedures.Control access and provide a response capability to address security breaches, site emergencies, and incidences of accident or injury on the site.The Security Guard would only be given temporary responsible charge in training situations and in providing supervisory relief. This would be a directed assignment by a Manager.Each and every staff member has a responsibility to ensure the maintenance and good working order of equipment allocated by Lyndon and NOVA in support of our contract services.The Security Guard should strive to know the NOVA and contract personnel that they encounter daily on their site.
