Job Description

*Accounts Receivable Administrator*Fast Genetics is currently seeking to fill a full-time Accounts Receivable Administratorposition in the Saskatoon office location. This position will report to the Senior Manager ofAccounting and Finance. The Accounts Receivable Administrator will be responsible for thefull accounts receivable process from creating the invoices to calling to collect on lateaccounts.This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions, butis not limited to:

  • Invoicing customers regularly by calculating pricing as outlined in contracts, along
with the aid of order forms and the sales team’s assistance.
  • Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and
other irregularities.
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries.
  • Researching, understanding, and processing adjustments.
  • Collaborating with sales team and logistics staff for invoice pricing, quantities, and
credits support.
  • Monitoring established credit policies; performing credit checks.
  • Compiling reports for management.
The successful candidate would ideally possess the following experience andqualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Experience with complex pricing and
creating invoices would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry would be considered an asset.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with accounting programs such as Oracle and Great Plains would be
considered an asset.
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Can successfully work independently and cross-functionally in an autonomous work
environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
