Job Description

We are looking for a permanent, experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to join our team in Saskatoon on a part-time basis. Reporting to the President & CEO, this position oversees all marketing, as well as external communications activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, driving growth and revenue, and managing marketing campaigns. As Marketing and Communications Lead, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all marketing activities to promote our services to our clients. The Marketing and Communications Lead will work closely with our Leadership Team and subject matter experts to develop and implement marketing campaigns that promote our services to potential clients.##### MAIN DUTIES- Develop and implement effective strategic marketing plan to drive business growth and revenue by promoting our services to existing and potential clients- Conduct market research and analyze client/market insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns and messaging- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and internal and external events- Manage March’s social media presence and develop engaging content for our website and social media channels- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign performance, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs- Work closely with the Leadership and subject matter experts to develop marketing materials, including service brochures, proposal templates, reports, and presentations- Support on all matters related to client engagement, communications and marketing, and brand strategy- Build brand awareness, develop brand templates, and ensure all March documents used both internally and externally meet brand guidelines- Develop and manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, to support marketing campaigns- Stay up to date on industry trends and relevant activities- Act as liaison for the organization to respond to written and verbal media and external inquiries- Other duties as assigned##### EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field- 8+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on B2B marketing and demand generation- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth- Experience/knowledge of engineering consulting and the mining industry is an asset- Experience in web design and brand guideline/template development- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is an asset- Good organizational and time management skillsWe look forward to receiving your cover letter and resume.
