ASL Paving Ltd. has been named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies since 2017.Term: Part-time (flexible schedule)Start date: January 3, 2022 ASL Paving Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for the Head Office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.The Accounts Receivable Clerk performs general accounting and administrative duties for the accounts receivable function. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage and oversee accounts receivable functions for the Saskatoon, Lloydminster, and Regina locations.The position reports to the Controller.Duties: · Data entry for all accounts receivable functions· Process invoices· Update a variety of reports and spreadsheets related to accounts receivable· Respond to enquiries related to information in the accounts receivable and accounting system· Distribute and file accounting related documentsQualifications: · Certificate/diploma in related discipline or related experience· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks· Ability to meet deadlines· Strong organizational skills and high level of detail orientation· Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)· Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships· Demonstrated skill in the operation of Microsoft Office and knowledge and experience with accounting softwareSalary and benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package including company-matching pension planOpportunity for continuing education/trainingJob Types: Part-time, TemporarySalary: $25.00-$30.00 per hourSchedule:
