LEXIA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. is presently hiring an energetic customer service-oriented Full Time Alarm Technician in Saskatoon and surrounding area.***** PAID Training will be provided********** Stable Job, with competitive pay*****We have been in business for over twenty years providing solutions to meet the diverse commercial security, video surveillance and access control needs of companies.   • Install, service, and program wireless Alarm systems in residence (Qolsys System).
  • Troubleshooting security system.
  • Mount and fasten keypad panels, door, and window contacts, etc.
  • Provide service in accordance with the established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment, and the replacement parts.
  • Provide top-notch CUSTOMER SERVICE and tech support to the clients.
Whats Required:
  • Relevant degree/Diploma in Telecommunication or Information Technology or related field experience will be an ASSET.
  • Excellent communication and customer services kills are a must. You will be our on-site representative and must carry yourself accordingly .
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude to use hand and power tools.
  • Positive energy with can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You will interact with consumers daily and should be comfortable and able to effectively communicate/train customers.
  • Previous experience with telecom, electrical, audio, paging, electronics, or a cable company is an asset.
  • CCTV, alarm and network knowledge would definitely be an asset.
Must to have:
  • Must have a reliable vehicle.
  • Must be self motivated.
  • Understanding of basic computer networking is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Must have a clean driving and criminal record.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
