Our team provides Canadian entrepreneurs timely, practical, and strategic accounting and advisory services, which is why, as a Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll play an integral role supporting our Partners and Managers.Some of the ways you’ll support our vibrant professionals- Independently compile and analyze moderately complex data to make decisions or recommendations.- Coordinate office initiatives including maintaining project plans, schedules, documentation, budget, staffing requirements, and communication.- Prepare, proofread, and assemble professional information for distribution on behalf of Partners and Managers.- Plan meeting logistics, assisting with the development of presentation materials, capturing minutes, and following up with actions.- Partner with internal teams to create various firm events.- Routinely handle confidential correspondence.What you’ll bring out our team- 5-10 years of progressive multi-disciplinary business or administrative expertise. Experience in a professional services firm is an asset. An accounting background is an asset.- Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Administration, or a similar program is an asset.- Comfort working with changing conditions, priorities, technologies, and requirements.- Problem solving, anticipating obstacles and responding with approaches to reduce or eliminate issues.- Independent decision making, including the ability to explain the rational of decisions when it is seen as unfavorable by others in the organization.- Critical thinking, reflecting on personal experience and organizational practices to determine the correct course of action.- Prioritization of tasks based on the level of importance and urgency when facing conflicting priorities from senior staff in high stress situations.- Confidence, with professional maturity.- Strong verbal and written communication, clearly and concisely tailoring information for target audiences- Tech savviness, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office.- Flexibility to work longer hours in March and April.You’ll be working with a friendly and collaborative team of professionals in an engaging, challenging and rewarding environment.
