RentPERKS makes Renting Better. Anywhere.As we build out the first global brand for renting, we are seeking Client Service Coordinators in the area of Saskatoon and it’s surrounds including North Battleford.You will be helping us manage our portfolio of rental properties. Using our unique technology and liaising with our National Manager of Operations, youll help renters and maintenance people get access to the properties. Youll need to have a drivers license and access to a vehicle to get around. We also manage the business through a series of apps so youll need a reasonably modern smartphone.Tasks involve taking part in a weekly planning meeting, showing houses from time to time, helping with room inspections and handing keys to tenants and maintenance staff. Training is provided, real estate experience is a plus but not essential. Client service is a specialty of yours and you would be a friendly and careful person with an eye for detail.Hours vary but are likely to be 15-25 hours per week with an immediate start, including weeknight and weekends so this suits a part-time commitment. You can set your own hours within reason. Mileage reimbursements will be covered for this role along with full training. Earn commissions for leasing.Job Type: CasualSalary: $17.50 per hourSchedule:
