Job Description

MatrixHR is currently recruiting Experienced Commercial TPO Roofers for a client of ours located on the Island of Bermuda. Please note this requires FULL relocation to the Island of Bermuda. This is a long term permanent role.The remuneration will be between 70-80k Includes benefits such as:

We Seeking a highly experienced Commercial Roofer to join the team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for starting and executing roofing projects of various sizes, and ensuring the highest quality of work.Responsibilities:Roofing Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of commercial roofing materials and systems, with a focus on:
  • TPO (Fully Adhered and Tapered foam assemblies).
  • Take the lead on roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client #39;s satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain stringent quality standards in roofing installations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry best practices and complies with company standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Champion safety protocols on job sites to ensure the well-being of all team members and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing.
  • Proficiency in TPO roofing systems, including Adhered, and Mechanically Attached.
  • A solid work history with verifiable references.
