  • In delivering value to the Potash BU, the Coordinator is responsible for proactively managing the scheduled delivery dates to ensure minimal disruption to the site’s Operational requirements
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy for those suppliers assigned
  • Provide regular and recurring engagement with identified suppliers to ensure that all open and/or past due purchase orders are being followed up on with the updating of ERP’s with expected delivery dates
  • Assist with problem solving of open orders that are substitutes in coordinating the workflow of and assisting in the review and approval as necessary
  • Provide insight into the further development of best-in-class processes
  • Provide detailed updates to all stakeholders on the status of open and/or past due purchase orders
  • Engage in process driven solutions to problem solve discrepancies within a cohesive team environment including Suppliers, Advisors and Warehouse personnel
  • Work effectively within a small, highly accountable team; display a flexible “can do” attitude and willingness to help out where required
  • Be enthusiastic, curious, have an ability to look at issues from multiple angles and have a strong desire to learn
What you will bring:
  • Inventory management related certificate/diploma and general business diploma will be preferred.
  • Combination of 2+ years of work experience in a similar role and relevant education will be considered.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications with a high skill level in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP programs is preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated people skills as evidenced by close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to positively impact data continuity and affective management of process
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter requiring little supervision
