Job Description

If you are an experienced customer service professional who is passionate about creating the perfect customer experience - we invite you to join us on our mission to deliver fast, stable high speed internet connectivity to every Saskatchewan community.Working out of our Saskatoon Office, the Customer Experience Specialist is the voice of Redbird and responsible for providing end-to-end customer support, solutions, managing customer orders, handling customer service requests and providing post installation follow up and support.What You Bring: As our Customer Experience Specialist youll bring stellar interpersonal skills and understand the emotional factors that drive customer decisions. You are a fantastic communicator and hands-on worker who thrives on process and organization. Additionally, youll bring:- Demonstrated customer experience, usually obtained with 2+ years customer service in a telecom or similar dedicated customer service environment- Experience in providing customer service to a diverse group of people, through phone and email- Previous experience with a CRM system is a mustWhat youll Do: Youll be the face and voice of Redbird, and guide new and potential customers through their journey with the help of our CRM software. Youll work closely with Operations Staff to coordinate installations and complete post-install surveys. Youll directly boost our customer reputation through the very best in customer service.
