Job Description

  • Check the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities.
  • Optimizes Clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through
treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contact
  • Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.
  • Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested.
  • Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships
  • Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients.
  • Accurately file patient information, seeing that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
  • Manage recall and inactive patient system.
Most importantly ENJOY YOUR WORK!SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 years of previous dental administration experience preferred, but not required.
  • Good interpersonal and verbal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and community; a team player.
  • Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience.
  • Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).
  • Knowledge of any dental software desired.
