The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset and exceptional organizational skills.What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and organize member documentation files
  • Reviews and processes registered plan documentation, and completes year-end requirements for registered and non-registered deposits
  • Complete year-end requirements for registered and non-registered deposits, following government regulations and other requirements
  • Estate administrative duties including document preparation and account monitoring
  • Providing support, expertise and hands-on support to provide the optimal member experience

What you’ve got:
  • High School diploma and 1 year of related experience or an equal combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
