Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting across all departments. Youll act as a key business partner to our senior leadership, ensuring decisions are backed by data, empowered by automation, and aligned with strategic priorities.This is a pivotal leadership role where finance meets innovationand where your expertise will enable scalable, intelligent financial operations in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.Your ImpactAs the Director of FP amp;A, youll:

  • Lead Vendastas financial planning processesincluding annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario modellingintegrating AI tools where applicable to drive speed, accuracy, and insight.
  • Build predictive models and performance dashboards to anticipate trends and guide data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain high-impact reporting frameworks that distill complex data into actionable insights for executives and department heads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial plans with business strategy and leverage Vendastas AI-driven platform to support goal setting and accountability.
  • Continuously optimize FP amp;A processes using automation and AI to reduce manual effort and increase decision velocity.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including investments, resource allocation, and long-range planning through robust financial analysis and planning simulations.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 7+ years of progressive FP amp;A or strategic finance experience, ideally in tech-enabled or SaaS organizations.
  • 3+ years in a finance leadership or senior analyst role, with demonstrated cross-functional business partnering experience.
  • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance managementplus a passion for leveraging data for strategic advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with financial tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Netsuite, Power BI, Adaptive Insights, Google Sheets, SQL)with bonus points for experience using AI-enhanced tools or predictive analytics platforms.
  • Ability to translate numbers into stories and influence executive-level decision-making.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to innovate financial processes using emerging technologies.
  • CPA, CFA, and experience in public accounting and corporate finance are considered assets.
