THIS POST IS FOR APPLICANTS PRIMARILY BASED IN SASKATOON**We are seeking Sales Associates to join our growing team to fulfill the role of Team Leaders. This is a Full-Time position that will require you to be available to work Monday- Friday. Interested applicants should email their resume for immediate consideration.NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIREDFULL TRAINING PROVIDEDA Typical DayAs a Team Leader, you will attend regular Sales/Training workshops as well as weekly Development Meetings to evaluate the strength of the team. Supervise and train members of the team to generate sales and leads, and to build success with customers. In this Team Leader role, you will also help customers to connect with products and services and connect with people from all walks of life, as the driving force of professionalism in the office and field creating unity amongst the teamKey responsibilities: - Be able to work with a team and lead them to meet monthly targets.- Answer daily email inquiries and attend daily Sales/Training Meetings.- Handle all customer inquiries, reservations and confirmations.- Work closely with members of the team to analyze and address their in office/field needs- Train members of staff on Company policy and sales systems.- Speaking with customers and connecting them with client products and services.- Work local trade shows team when needed.- Handle general office duties.The ideal candidate must: - Be energetic and outgoing.- Be a people person and demonstrate strong customer service skills.- Must have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.- Be professional in appearance and demeanor.- Have prior inside sales experience.- Be experienced in MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel.- Have excellent communication and business writing skills.- Have strong delegation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.- Be responsible and reliable.- Have effective decision-making abilities.- Be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.Please email your resume & contact information for immediate consideration.
