Our company delivers maintenance, repair, and project related services to many of Canada’s leading companies.The PositionField Service Technician, FREELANCE, (Computers and Digital Signage)We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to perform various repair and maintenance tasks (break/fix) at customer sites on PC’s, Networking, and Digital Signage products . Our company delivers maintenance, repair, and project related services to many of Canada’s leading companies.THIS IS A FREELANCE POSITION AND WOULD INTEREST THOSE CANDIDATES THAT ARE EXPERIENCED IN THIS INDUSTRY AND CURRENTLY WORKING IN A FREELANCE ENVIRONMENT TAKING SERVICE CALLS ON AN “AD HOC” BASISWe thank all applicants, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. You have experience servicing or maintaining many of the following products:· Electronic displays and signage equipment· Notebook and desktop computers running Windows, Unix/Linux, Mac OS, etc.· Communication Network hardware and configurationPrerequisites· A+ Certification an asset· Must be solution oriented with a positive can-do attitude.· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills· Possess a valid class G drivers’ licence with a clean drivers abstract.· Must supply your own vehicle.· Must possess industry standard tools· Must be able to provide a current criminal background check no less than 1 year old.· Must be either a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident in Canada.· Previous field technician experienceYour Skills· Must take pride and ownership in your work, and be quality & safety focused.· Good communication skills· Ability to understand concise directions, procedures, and work instructions.· Physically capable of repeated lifting of items weighing up to 25 kg.· Comfortable working on a step ladder to a height of 8 feet· Good mechanical aptitude and proficient in operating hand/power tools, test & associated equipment.· Ability to work with minimal supervision.· Dependable & able to mobilize on short notice.Benefits· Flexible hours· Fast paymentJob Types: Part-time, ContractSalary: $45.00 to $55.00 per hourExperience:· Field Service Technician: 3+ yearsReference ID: OTT FST DS Jan 13 22Job Types: Part-time, FreelanceSalary: $45.00-$55.00 per hourSchedule:
