First Officer - Pilot - VEH002883Employment Type: SGEU Term 9 months or moreLocation(s): SK-Stoon-SaskatoonMinistry: 013 Saskbuilds and ProcurementSalary Range: $34.548 - $43.288 HourlySalary Supplement: included in hourly salary range (in-scope)Grade: SGEU.08.The Saskatchewan Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, Air Ambulance Services, has an opportunity for a First Officer in Saskatoon. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the transport of critically ill patients.The successful candidate will be a team member responsible for providing 24/7 air ambulance service for Saskatchewan patients using King Air 200 medevac configured aircraft.As the successful candidate you will have at least the following qualifications:

  • a minimum of 800 hours of flying time with at least 100 hours as pilot in command (PIC) of multi-engine aircraft;
  • instrument flying time that includes use of GPS/FMS equipment;
  • experience in northern and high-density airspace;
  • experience in King Air 200 or similar multi-engine turbine powered aircraft an asset;
  • able to successfully pass an IRT/PPC on King Air B200; and
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
