  • We are looking for someone with drive and passion for customer service, who is able to manage the business leading by example
  • Our most important asset is our people, so we need someone ready to hire and develop A-players with transparency and respect
  • Finances are a big part of any business, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of forecasts, budgets, and P&L to achieve the objectives of the year
  • Last but not least we want a fast learner, a critical thinker capable of turn data into knowledge
What would you be accountable for
  • Achieve the annual revenue budget
  • Re-activate our current patient base that has unscheduled hygiene
  • Support ongoing management of pre-booking appts.
  • Manage and maintain a staffing strategy that manages staff efficiency
  • Manage and maintain a dental supply strategy by working with your team and external vendor.
  • Increase our customer satisfaction and constantly measure our KPI’s
  • Performance management with an open communication policy
  • You will be accountable for being creative, from conflict resolution to new initiatives creativity is a plus, we want to hear your ideas.
In terms of qualifications
  • Not going to lie this is a challenging role, so you will need to have 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team
  • Experience managing a business in an industry focused on customer services (Dental, medical, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related area.
