Job Description

OpenSail is a top-tier digital marketing agency. We are both socially-savvy and technically proficient, and we combine those two talents to achieve amazing results for our clients.We are currently looking for a smart, insightful Google Ads Manager. The main focus of the position is Google Search Ads, but we also have expertise in Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Amazon Ads.This position’s primary focus is to ensure the creation, execution, and optimization of Google Ads strategies for our clients. We are a performance marketing agency with a strong focus on generating ROAS, be this through lead gen, ecommerce, or other types of campaigns.You will be a key part of a tight-knit team of experts, all working in their specialized domains, to deliver high-quality effective marketing strategies.We’re open to passionate candidates of various levels of experience; our team environment has produced some of the best digital marketers in Western Canada.The successful candidate will ideally be:

  • A Google Ads Certified Digital Marketer, having completed all of the major Google Ads Certifications
  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • A life-long learner who actively maintains their knowledge of PPC marketing
  • Able to build, launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Knowledgeable in all of the Google Ads metrics, and understand how they relate to each other, and the real-world objectives of our clients
  • Proficient with most parts of the Google Ads and Google Merchant Center platforms
  • Understand conversion tracking and how to configure it on various platforms
  • Understand the basic principles behind website and landing page CRO
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with both clients and colleagues
