The Home Help Manager reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), as well supports the corporate strategic plan by contributing to the development of, and executing divisional plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction. The HH Manager demonstrates leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate in a resident-first culture.
