Duties:Assists in developing Human Resource tools and resources for staff throughout the organization including working with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and Human Resource functional areas to coordinate and maintain a suite of Human Resources tools and resources to support employees and leaders.Assists with various Human Resource projects and continuous improvement initiatives (i.e. SharePoint/record keeping system) based on Human Resource Business Partner needs.Supports colleagues with Human Resource tool and resource evaluation and analysis and acts on feedback where necessary to ensure high quality service provision and continuous improvement.Supports Human Resource Business Partner’s with monitoring, responding and tracking inquiries.Assists in producing a plan based on user needs identified for key stakeholders and determined priorities.Assists in background work, i.e. research, analysis, coordination, and development of tools and resources.Works with Human Resource Business Partner’s and Human Resource functional areas in coordination and administration of the developed resourcesDevelops, implements and/or maintains relevant human resources systems, documents and resources.Provides support in the design and implementation of Human Resource initiatives to achieve higher levels of effectiveness and service delivery in the organization.Assists in preparation of related metric reports.Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Graduation from a recognized, two-year, post-secondary human resource diploma program.Three to four years’ of human resources experience, preferably in a generalist role.Demonstrated experience working with systems (ie. Documentum, SharePoint, SmartStream).Knowledge of principles and concepts of human resource management.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.Skill in operation of a computer with word-processing and database software.Salary:$72,483.60 to $85,168.56 per annum (2019 rates)
