Job Description

Broadstreet Properties is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Apprentice to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems in our multi-unit residential buildings. The ideal candidate has experience with boilers, make-up air units and/or residential air conditioning.Your contributions to the team:

  • Assist in the installation and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Troubleshoot and make repairs on HVAC units, boilers, hot water heaters, pumps, compressors, motors, controllers, and heat exchangers
  • Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance
  • Maintain tools and equipment
  • Change and replace filters and parts as needed
What you need to be successful:
  • 2+ years of related experience in the field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Computer skills
  • 24/7 availability may be required
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lb
  • Travel throughout work sites
  • Minimum Level 2 Apprentice
