SIGNING BONUS $5000 *HVAC Service Manager | $100,000 - $150,000 annuallyIf it #39;s not done well, it #39;s not Welldone!We are looking for an HVAC Service Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of our commercialamp; light industrial service department. Essential Job duties:
  • Oversee and manage the daily operation of the service department
  • Promote a positive workplace culture
  • Providing leadership and direction to the team, with training and evaluation of job performance
  • Quality assurance of all service reports (auditing for quality and consistency)
  • Support technicians in the field with estimating, questions and customer needs
  • Scheduling for serviceamp; maintenance
  • Manage service projects and maintenance agreements. Effectively price and recommend maintenance programs.
  • Working with the management team regarding profitability and P amp;L
  • Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of equipment, tools, and materials while ensuring efficient field operations
  • Ensure completion of job tickets
  • Fostering excellent relationships and communication with customers and resolving issues
  • Provide quotes for repairs or installations of HVAC systems
Job Requirements:
  • 5 + years of formal management experience
  • Continues improvement mindset
  • P amp;L experience
  • Direct experience working with customers and problem-solving
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity, and risk
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral
  • Experience using modern technology
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer Database experience
  • QuickBooks
  • HVAC industry experience desired but not required
  • Bachelor #39;s degree or higher education in Engineer, Business Administration or similar vocation desired
  • Valid driver #39;s license and insurable driving record
