Provide instruction in the Adult 10, Adult 12, and/or Essential Skills and Employment Readiness programs.2. Design and Implement a student-centered classroom using an outcome-based approach.3. Manage the classroom to ensure an optimum learning environment.4. Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs and contributions of a culturally diverse community with a focus on First Nations and Metis culture and ways of knowing.5. Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students.6. Maintain records of achievement, attendance and other student related information and report such information as required.7. Identify resources and equipment appropriate to support curriculum/course implementation.8. Be reflective of and responsive to accommodation of special learning needs including equity groups and diverse learners.9. Be flexible and responsive to learner needs through the use of appropriate instructional methodologies.10. Respond to curriculum/course demands and make necessary adjustments according to learner needs such as adult learning principles.11. Assist students in areas of personal, academic and career development.12. Engage students in learning activities designed to strengthen ties to work and/or career development.13. Where required, develop working relationships with appropriate external partners and employers, supporting students in working experience.14. Practice good interpersonal and communication skills.15.
