Job Description

Siemens Transportation Group Inc. has an immediate opening for an International Administrator at their Corporate Head Office in Saskatoon, SK. This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm ResponsibilitiesAdminister cross border freight documentation Verify customs clearance on all inbound orders Manage and resolve issues that may arise with clearance of goods Maintain accurate shipment records to ensure compliance with regulations Establish and maintain effective relationships with customs brokers Route northamp; south bound shipment via appropriate service partner Perform all other duties as requiredWe OfferBenefits: Group Insurance, Pension Plan, Paid Personal Days and Paid Medical Days People: Collaborative and supportive office environment Stability: A secure industry and engaging work environmentQualificationsStrong interpersonal skills Efficient management of paperwork Excellent administrative and organizational skills Good oral and written communication skills Knowledge of the transportation industry Experience with US freight documents is considered an asset
