Job Description

Job description – Inventory PurchaserParadise LeisureScapes is looking to add a new member to our team! Our ideal candidate is highly organized, attention to detail, adept with computers, and excellent at multi-tasking. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, overtime may be required in our busy season. Benefits & RRSP’s. We are seeking highly qualified individuals to join our team.Responsibilities:

  • Creating/submitting purchase orders for a variety of items
  • Stock Transfer
  • Collecting freight quotes on all collect orders and special ordered product.
  • Following up on all outstanding orders
  • Provide product ETA for all backorders to the proper departments.
  • Creating part numbers in our database.
  • Updating existing pricing on all current purchase orders.
  • Warranty
  • Maintaining inventory levels
  • Labels printed for all products being received
  • Product knowledge
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous experience working in a purchasing department is an asset.
