We are looking for people with residential carpentry experience. You need to be able to be handed a rental property and repair what's in front of you. Yes, obviously except electrical and plumbing. You need to also be able to teach and be teachable. Our company has an in-house apprenticeship program. Epic Alliance Inc. is team-orientated, to the point our team members are like family to each other. How do we achieve all this, we hire the right people! So, if you have a chip on your shoulder or some tasks are beneath you, do not apply. This is a full-time job, all year round. How do we achieve such a feat You might have to do work that is outside of your scope. Things like cut grass, shovel sidewalks, move furniture, and so on. In other words, pitch in wherever necessary. Epic Alliance Inc. is looking for people who mostly want to be in the Battleford and North Battleford areas. Our company is growing fast and we need people who want to work, so if this sounds like you, please apply.As part of our team, you will be a leader of our field team doing everything from general residential repairs to full-scale renovations all the while supporting the growth of our company.Qualifications and Responsibilities· Must be Red Seal Journeyperson certified· 2+ years' experience in carpentry· Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction· Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials· Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)· Ability to read technical documents and drawings· Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times· Reliable transportation to job sites· Must have the ability to teach and work with apprentices of various levels· Leadership skills· Be a forward and out-of-the-box thinker· Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines· Excellent verbal and written English· Very good understanding of basic math· Good physical condition and endurance· High school diploma; Successful completion of a carpentry the apprenticeship program is requiredMust also have· Ability to work unsupervised· Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential· Eye for detail and pride in job well done· Strong work ethic· Willingness to teach and work with apprentices· Willingness to work on various residential job sites and perform a multitude of minor and complex repairs· Ability to be respectful and communicate with all types of clients and colleagues· Ability to attend all required staff meetings and training· Utilizing current systems and new ones as they are launched· Any and all other related duties which may be required· Valid Driver’s License and reliable truck· Cell phone with the capability to use time tracking app· Collection of own hand tools required for various job dutiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: PermanentSalary: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
