Work alongside our 10+ year experienced technicians and learn the ropes to grow into a senior position.We are a busy company that specializes in providing service work for our prestigious clients’ pool and spa equipment. We service Saskatoon and surrounding areas and are looking to add an additional, permanent, technician to our team. We are interested in people that are positive, reliable, energetic with good work ethics and who wants to take learning opportunities to advance within the company. No prior experience needed. Elementary understanding of plumbing and electricity would help succeed in this role.Our goal is to make sure our employees and customers are taken care of. If you think you would be a good fit for our team, please send us your resume.JOB DESCRIPTION:You will be responsible for multiple work-orders everyday which should be completed in the most time efficient and customer-oriented way possible. You must follow all necessary procedures with a positive and hardworking attitude. Applicant will be doing minor electrical work and plumbing when necessary (training provided). Tools are required, with an in-house tool allowance to subsidize/cover tool costs for employee. All necessary training will be provided until technician is capable of working independently.Specific Skills All aspects of our service department include but are not limited to:· Team worker, selfless attitude· Time management· Multitasking· Independent· Detail oriented (filling out work orders on time and reliably)· Attention to detail and learning about our brands· Tow a trailer, forwards and backwards.Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities. · Fast paced, ability to lift min. 50 – 90 Ibs.· Follow directions from the service manager and stay task focused· Repetitive tasks; bending, lifting, kneeling· Physically demanding with long flexible working hours· Working outside in all weather conditionsWork Location Information. · 2515 Millar Ave is the reporting address· Worksites include various locations in and around SaskatoonQualifications.· Strong attention to detail and quality completion· Ability to learn and problem solve· Work independently and reliably· Valid Class 5 Drivers License – No exceptionsCompensationJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $15-17 per hour startingBenefit Package after 3-monthsOptional RRSP programTool AllowancesProvided Company ClothingSchedule
