In collaboration with the Resources team, the incumbent will be called upon to assume responsibility for a multitude of multidisciplinary projects and studies industries such as the Mining, Chemical, Hydroelectric and other Industrial sectors. The successful candidate should have strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, proven track record on deliverables, solid industry experience, and strong judgment skill.These skills combined with excellent business acumen will be key in growing our Western Canadian team.This role can be located in any of our Western Canada offices, including Rossland, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina or Saskatoon.Primary ResponsibilitiesParticipate and produce various deliverables in line with the project needs;Work in multidisciplinary project teams, produce and sign off deliverables;Work with the department Lead to pursue new business opportunities with new and/or existing clientsAssist stakeholders in proposal writing and fee estimatesCollaboratively supporting business/operations through sound management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledgeamp; resourcesProvide expertise in brownfield and sustaining projectsEnsuring compliance to Healthamp; Safety, as well as all other regulationsamp; policiesDevelopmentamp; implementation of budgetsPartake to site surveysBachelor of Engineering Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 10+ years of providing Engineering on site Proficiency with MS Office;Proven organizational, analyticalamp; problem-solving skills;Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, self-motivate, and adapt to change;Excellent Communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels.Experience with metals, minerals, coal processing, piping and cool systems, compression, and large tanks - an assetThe expected salary for this position is from $105,440 to $131,800 based on the richness and diversity of the candidate’s experience, training, skills and internal equity.
