Working closely with Supply Chain Management you will be responsible for the evaluation and management of incoming materials, coordinating with various departments for corrective actions, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining inventory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Material Control Administrator, you will :Evaluate and ensure incoming materials meet standard requirements Review and evaluate dimensions and performance measurements of incoming materials Conduct qualitative assessments of incoming materials Maintain a database of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) materials Handle all physical storage and movement of RMA materials Communicate with purchasing team regarding RMA materials requiring supplier action Support shipping and receiving activities Perform inventory maintenance activities Assist with picking and material distribution Organize materials in the yard using forkliftsQUALIFICATIONSAs the Material Control Administrator , you will bring:Grade 12 Education Proficient computer skills in MS Office 1-3 Years related warehouse experience Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is an asset Forklift operator Safety Training Course Certificate is an asset Adherence to safe work practices Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Proactive and take initiative when necessary Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and suppliers Critical thinking skills Good judgment and decision-making capabilities Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances Detail oriented and pays attention to accuracy and precisionWHY CHOOSE CRESTLINE COACH Crestline Coach takes pride in a strong company culture that embodies excellence, integrity, trust, and innovation.
