Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESBe a part of a young, growing, & opportunistic company in the busy construction industry!Daily tasks of a multi-equipment team member include:

  • Comply with company safety policies.
  • Complete daily circle checks and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Safely operate equipment in a wide array of civil construction environments.
  • Operate one or more pieces of Heavy Equipment i.e.: Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Rock Truck, Loader, Scraper, or Skid steer.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSMulti-equipment candidates must:1. Have a valid driver’s license.2. Have a strong work ethic & strive in a team environment3. Have strong leadership qualities & the ability to mentor4. Must be fluent in EnglishPREFERRED SKILLSPreferred Skills Experience is an asset; entry level operator’s will be considered with a strong teammate characteristic.Ability to run multiple equipment (excavator, dozer, loader, etc.) is considered an asset.Class 1A or 3A is an assetAt the Acadia Group of Companies, we pride ourselves on a positive team orientated culture.
