Job Description

Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. is recognized as a provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, and Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel and courier delivery.Our facilities in Regina & Saskatoon coordinate all the courier work in Saskatchewan.We are seeking an Office Administrator to perform various tasks in our office and warehouse located in Saskatoon, SK.Attention to detail, accurate and timely data entry, ability to learn customized software programs, and ability to self–audit work and make corrections prior to completion are imperative.Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal/external clients.
  • Responding to emails, phone calls and faxes.
  • Low volume of dispatching drivers for same-day courier deliveries.
  • Communicate with drivers regarding the status of their deliveries.
  • Preparing invoices and billing clients.
  • Scanning and filing paperwork.
  • Perform administrative warehouse duties including sorting small packages/freight.
  • Support other teams as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Prioritize daily tasks, including routine and non-routine phone calls and requests.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Varied computer experience, include the use of Tracking Software, GPS, Online Maps, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong English communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Previous experience working within the transportation/courier industry an asset.
  • Criminal Record Check is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Group benefits, pension and bonus plan eligible after 3 month probationary period.This is a full-time permanent role from Monday to Friday.
