Job Description

Paradise LeisureScapes Saskatoon is now hiring for an office assistant to focus on accounts receivable. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, overtime may be required in our busy season. Benefits & RRSP’s. We’re seeking highly qualified individuals to join our team.Minimum 2 years of related experience in Microsoft office programs, accounts payable & receivable. Experience in Sage300 would be an asset.Responsibilities:Accounts ReceivableDaily bank depositsGeneral data entry, updating and maintaining databaseMaintain office fillingAssisting the office manager with various other duties, accounts payable, processing cheque runs, remitting PST & GST, petty cash & month end duties. Training will be provided.Assisting our Office Manager with any additional duties.Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Wage is pending experience. $19-23 /hrThe successful candidate must be a quick learner capable of multitasking and prioritizing task in a very busy working environment.
