Job Description

Milton Lake Lodge is now hiring a part time Office Manager preferably from the Saskatoon area. We are a remote fly-in only fishing lodge located in Upper Saskatchewan and open from June through early September each year. The position will work remotely from their home and the time required to fulfill the responsibilities of the Office Manager should be about 10 – 15 hours per week on average. Certain times of the year such as Spring and Summer will require more time vs. the Fall and Winter.Compensation for a part time Office Manager will be based on experience and will report directly to the Owner. Responsibilities of the Office Manager are as follows:· Pay Bills· Process invoices and payments· Payroll· Manage booking calendar and contacts· Flywire invoicing and tracking of disbursements by clients· Booking Hotels· Booking in country commercial air flights and float planes for guests and staff· Apply for grants/funding when made available by the Government and complete reports as required· Manage online forms for inquiries, hotel bookings, food orders, etc.· Manage picture library and post on social media· Set up automated email campaign as needed· Prepare and place orders for supplies, fuel, food, lumber, alcohol, etc. as needed· Order and pick up fishing tackle· Have motors that are in for repair provided to shipping company to be delivered to lodge and outposts· Organize all shipments from Saskatoon to either Stony Rapids or Points North· Organize any contractors needed at lodge for work· Renew Liquor License· Deal with all Government forms· And other duties as requiredJob Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 10-15 per weekPay: From $18.47 per hourWork Location: On the roadQuick Apply
