This is a key role to ensure the success of our operations within Saskatoon, North Battleford, and surrounding areas.What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and manage operational services (delivery, technical, and warehouse) and associated teams in a fast paced environment
  • Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, and one on one communication
  • Oversee and manage administrative and financials processes and procedures, ensuring these are executed and completed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policy
  • Manage, and support the employee lifecycle (recruitment, orientation, and onboarding, retention, and offboarding). Provide coaching and performance feedback, supporting professional growth, training, and development
  • Ensures an inclusive and collaborative work environment that is aligned with KDP values and policies
  • Collaborate closely with Associate Managers and leaders across the territory and country to promote synergy
Requirements:Who Are You
  • An experienced (+5 years) operations and people manager. A management focus on the operational side of a distribution type business with a technical service component (installs, removals, exchanges, and service of equipment) would be preferred and is considered an asset.
  • Committed to valuing health and safety by championing occupational health and safety standards and policies.
  • A change agent who can implement corporate best practices and policies, lead change, and engage and support others in the change process
  • A “coach” focused on leading and building high-performance teams
  • A strong communicator that can develop and maintain strong professional relationships (internal and external stakeholders), especially within a corporate structure
  • Level-headed and calm under pressure - your organization and time management skills allow you to be agile, and manage competing priorities with ease
  • Have a customer first mindset, and are willing to roll-up your sleeves and get things done when necessary
