Job TitleParking CoordinatorJob Description SummaryGeneral Description of Position:Midtown seeks a full-time, customer service oriented professional to deliver and maintain a positive and professional image of Midtown. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, can multi-task, can work well under pressure, and is comfortable being a member of a team or working alone as required. The ideal candidate for this position is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.Job DescriptionTasks & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relations / CommunicationsRespond to customers via parking station intercoms, phones, or in personAssist customers with enquiries or concerns related to machine usageCreate and maintain monthly parking files, including selling new monthly parkingAdministrativePreform daily financial reconciliations for the automated parking equipmentPreform daily data collection on machine usageRecord and balance daily charge back validations for invoicingReconcile daily EFT transactionsCreate and monitor specialty charge back validations for events for invoicingMonitor the parking equipmentTroubleshoot parking equipment concerns and preform small repairs or technical assistanceComplete monthly audits of transponder inventoryMonitor supplies and report to Manager when more neededManage and balance petty cash fundPreform the duties of the Parking Manager in their absence as directedOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum High School Diploma with (preferred) post-secondary diploma/ certificate in administration2+ years experience in customer service1+ years supervisory experience (preferred)Excellent knowledge of good customer service practices and must display a high level of professionalism and positive attitude at all timesStrong communications (written & verbal), listening, organizational and problem solving skillsGood conflict resolutions skillsProficiency with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet), POS system, High volume telephone switchboardsValid Class 5 drivers licenseMust be able to provide clear criminal background checkWorking ConditionsFast paced office environment in downtown SaskatoonFast paced customer service via intercomsOutdoor work as required, all weather conditions potentiallyBreaks at stationOccasional varied shift times as requiredCushman & Wakefield is committed to equity in employment and our goal is to have a diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free workplace.
