This career opportunity offers earnings potential along with exposure for career advancement.What does this role look likeFront counter Parts support but some back counter Parts support will be requiredShipping and receiving dutiesAnswering phone inquiries related to the parts department as neededAdvising customers on additional parts that may be beneficial to a repair or serviceUsing an electronic parts diagram or parts catalog to source parts for customersDelivering an exceptional customer service experienceAssist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displaysControl showroom inventory to ensure maximum salesAssisting in other areas of the parts department as neededWhat are we looking forTwo or more years of experience in a Parts capacity in the heavy truck/trailer industryEx.
