Come and be a part of this success.About the RoleThis role will provide leadership in the provision of Project Management Services to ensure that the people, systems, and processes - from Mine to Port - are ready for commissioning and operation at handover. Support Line Leaders in execution of the OR plan, ensuring that the future Operation is positioned to maximize value to BHP.In this role you will:Drives the implementation of the OR plan, focused on a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and digitalization.Leverages use of resources and budget to execute the OR plans from Mine to Port, making adjustments as required to meet goals.Ensure and manage for achievment of the operational transition based on the Operations Ramp-Up Plan and Commissionign & Handover Managemetn Plan.Support operational continuity based on the operations philosophy, operations management plans, and BHP Operating System.Influence indirect reports to meet KPIs, schedule, costs, and optimize the strategies and plans for Jansen alligned with the Jansen Project Execution Plan.Support and maintain strict control of operations key value drivers such as Operating Cost, Operation Utilization and availability, as well as workforce inclusion and diversity.Provide assurance that the people, systems, and procedures from the OR work are of sufficient quality for handover to operations and commissioning where applicable.Lead and influence compliance with HSE standards, BHP Charter of Values, and Code of Conduct.About YouExperience in positions of similar responsibility (project management/services) 5 years.Ability to engage with & communicate effectively across multiple project and functional areas.Degree or diploma in business or project management preferred.Advanced English communication skills.Ability to analyze and integrate complex social and commercial planning into project development and business operations.Ability to work digitally and adapt to utilize multiple digital forms of communication and processes effectively.Expertise analyzing project information to support key decision making.Project controls management knowledge and experience.Proven ability to achieve deliverables on schedule and within budget, including an understanding of major project cost building blocks.Supporting a Diverse WorkforceThe size and magnitude of our business not only provides significant opportunity for professional development, but also attractive salary packages with performance based bonuses and unique BHP employee share program.At BHP, we recognise that we are strengthened by diversity.
