Product Data Administrator – Saskatoon Aquifer Distribution Ltd.Position Overview: Aquifer Distribution Ltd. is looking to add a full-time permanent Product Data Administrator to our growing team in Saskatoon! The Product Data Administrator is responsible for upkeeping all inventory data and pricing for every branch in all company systems. This includes product information, customer pricing information, and vendor pricing in both the ERP and E-commerce platform. Utilizing analytical skills and attention to detail, this role relies on data-driven decision making. Working collaboratively with the E-Commerce & Product Data Manager and Sales department, this position will assist with enhancing content in our E-Commerce platform. The Product Data Administrator must understand the impact of this position to other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of the inventory and pricing data. Strong computer skills, problem solving, and attention to detail are essential for this position.What we are looking for: Attention to detail and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial for this role. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, is meticulous, observant, and accurate. Self-motivation is key in this position as the majority of the work is independent and self-directed. Occasional overtime work and Saturday scheduling may be required.· Review, maintain, and manage all product and inventory data in all company systems. Including, but not limited to, ERP and E-commerce programs.· Update all inventory data for vendor pricing updates when received and ensuring relevant parties are notified of any pertinent changes.· Update all inventory product data when new items are added, discontinued, and when any vendor changes are made. Merging duplicate products in the company system when they are discovered.· Uploading of vendor catalogues and ensuring the proper classification of items as directed.· Complete data uploads regarding product pricing in all company systems.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify product data from various sources.· Assist with maintaining all buylines, pricelines and sell groups in the Eclipse system.· Assist with the annual inventory count.· Run reports on slow moving product and work with purchasing, sales, and marketing to sell slow moving product and increase inventory turnover.· Assist in updating purchase orders once confirmed by vendors.· Complete all data entry as required.· Digital/Online SKU Catalogue: Acquire, maintain and optimize product content from qualified sources used to drive customer experience online. The content to be managed includes attributes, images, specifications, descriptions, documents, metatags and media links using Product Information Management (PIM) software.· Map and match data with the ERP and webstore platforms.· Contribute to the development and improvement of product data strategies and processes.What is required: · Post-secondary education or related experience.· Experience working with a Product Information Management (PIM) platform, Content Management System (CMS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform is an asset.· Experience working with Microsoft SQL is an asset.· Understanding of eCommerce platforms and ERP systems integration and capabilities is an asset.· Strong attention to detail, self-direction, and time management skills are required.· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.What you can expect from us: · Benefits· Matching RRSP Plan· Casual dress· On-site parking· On-site café· On-site gym· Bonus programs· Remote work options are availableJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
