Daily tasks of a Project Admin / Coordinator team member include:· Control, manage, & account for all site documentation and report to main office.· Review cost codes, submitting for invoice payment against delivered items of production.· Ensure client/owner/customer receives all required documentation in timely manner.· Maintain daily communication with project supervisor regarding completed & upcoming work.· Maintain appropriate communications with senior management when required· Track, verify and return daily LEMS & timecards· Ensure documents are sent to the accounting department with proper detail & information.· Work with the Project Manager and Accounting team to prepare, coordinate, & complete daily invoices.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSProject Admin / Coordinator candidates must:1. Business Administration Diploma or administration experience.2. Be computer proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)3. Be able to organize & prioritize competing demands.4.
