Key responsibilities include defining project goals, creating detailed project plans, allocating resources efficiently, and managing project budgets. The Project Manager will coordinate and lead team members, fostering clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders while monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, they will identify and mitigate risks, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and provide regular updates to senior management and clients. Projects may include replacing tanks, piping, chutes, and bin repairs among other sustaining capital initiates.
