Job Description

Receptionist, Full-TimeFFUN Cars SaskatoonHours Of WorkMonday to Friday, 40 hours/Week8:30am-5:30pmStatus: Temporary Full-Time - 18 months with possibility of extension.The Receptionist is a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Some qualities that would describe this person are: friendly, approachable, efficient, accurate, well-organized, flexible, has a love for learning, is confident and outgoing.Job Responsibilities

  • Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
  • Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
  • Prepare the daily bank deposit and provide administrative support
  • Complete website updates and maintain databases
Key Qualifications
  • Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
  • Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
