  • Assist in all aspects of driver recruitment - reviewing applications, conducting interviews, validating documents, completing reference checks and coordinating pre-screening testing
  • Work closely with the Operations Managers to meet staffing requirements
  • Conduct orientations
  • Prepare personnel files
  • Participate in job fairs and trade shows
  • Maintain policies & procedures and reporting tools as it relates to Company recruitment
  • Assist in establishing & maintaining strategies, projects & creative initiatives that meet driver recruitment needs
