Developing, coordinating, communicating, directing and evaluating promotions, entertainment acts, special events and initiatives intended to increase casino patronage, revenue and customer experience for 3 to 4 casinos in a region. Coordinating advertising and communication in all regional markets in support of marketing activities. Ensuring timely and complete communication flows to all involved properties, departments and stakeholders relating to promotional and communication activities. Confirming that all marketing activities comply with policy, procedure and best practice. Analyzing and reporting on marketing initiatives, programs and budget to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the regional marketing activities. Coordinating efforts with Central Office Marketing and another regional counterpart to refine and develop successful initiatives. Leading or participating in other projects and activities in support of successful marketing strategies.QualificationsEducation:Successful completion of a four-year bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Communications with a specialization in Marketing.Certification in Event Planning, Project Management or Social Media is an asset.Experience:Minimum of five years’ previous related work experience in marketing.Thorough knowledge and practical experience using marketing and advertising principles.Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and data analysis.Experience in administrative, coordinator and supervisory roles and event planning.Project Management experience is an asset.Core Organizational CompetenciesAdapting to ChangeCommunicationCustomer ServiceDecision MakingResults OrientedWorking with OthersOnce employed with SIGA there are many opportunities for learning, growth and advancement throughout the company.
