Job Description

  • Creating a best-in-class customer experience by providing prompt and courteous service to prospective and current residents.
  • Providing leadership and coaching to a team of leasing specialists, maintenance associates and administrators.
  • Develop sound relationships across the organization and with external contractors and vendors.
  • Ensuring all maintenance and repairs are conducted in a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Maintaining properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, instructing repairs and planning renovations.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements in efficiency, cost effectiveness and resident experience in the management of our portfolios.
  • Ensuring that an annual maintenance budget and plan are developed and followed and that cost targets are within budget.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Certified property manager or accredited residential/commercial manager preferred.
  • Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
